Our owners, Rich and Cindy Paltauf, have been in Newtown since 1974 and have developed strong ties to the community and our customers. Our team is proud to serve residential and commercial customers across neighboring communities including:

Giving Back to Our Community

We are deeply invested in our community, its residents, and especially our customers. After the tragedy which occurred in the Sandy Hook section of Newtown, Hometown Fuel set up a program through which we donated two cents for every gallon of oil delivered in Newtown.

We ran the program from January to March 2013. During that period, we donated just under $2,000 to the Sandy Hook School Support Fund through Newtown Savings Bank and the United Way. Working with community members and establishments throughout our community is very important to us.
